David Courts and Bill Hackett, both graduates of The Royal College of Art, London, share a common interest in bizarre and exotic imagery and in 1975 founded Courts and Hackett. Their partnership went on to produce unique pieces of jewellery and sculpture counting among their clients some of the worlds leading rock and soul musicians.
They have been featured in art books and magazines and examples of their work are in permanant collections of the Victoria and Albert Museum and GoldSmiths Hall, London.
Worldwide interest in the Keith Richards skull ring and speculation as to who created it, resulted in David and Bill collaborating to produce the new version of their original design.
