SIZING

We cannot accept responsibility for inaccurate finger measurements. As your ring will be individually made to the size you specify it is important that your finger size is professionally measured (ideally more than once, bearing in mind that fingers can shrink and swell with changes in temperature). The Deaths Head Skull Ring and the Reptile Ring are large rings. Available sizes are listed on the ‘Buy’ pages.

ORDER CONFIRMATION

When your order is received we will send you an email confirmation.
Your ring will normally be despatched within 30 days.

CANCELLATION

You can cancel your order providing it is within 7 working days from the date your order is placed.

DELIVERY

Your ring will be despatched to the credit/debit card holder’s address and will require a signature as proof of receipt. For deliveries outside the UK we use FedEx International Priority courier service. Inside the UK we use Royal Mail Guaranteed Next Day delivery service. Both services include tracking and insurance.

RESIZE

We do not resize our rings.

RETURNS POLICY

1. If you ordered the wrong size, we are unable to offer a free replacement.
2. If you are sure the size you have received is not the size you ordered and have checked your size and the size of your ring again with a professional jeweller, contact info@courtsandhackett.com
3. If we agree to you returning your ring and we find we have made a genuine ring size error, we will replace your ring at no additional cost and we will reimburse the cost of returning it to us.
4. If we find your returned ring is the size you ordered your ring will be returned to you. There will be a charge for shipping it back to you.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

The ring should be returned unused in its presentation box, outer packer and in suitably secure packing. We recommend you use Fedex International couriers or a similar secure delivery service with insurance, tracking and requiring a signature.

RETURNED GOODS LABEL

To avoid paying tax and import duty twice, returned goods MUST be labelled:
